Ceramic Chemical Seal Face

We have developed Ceramic mating rings, ceramic stationary sheet, T type, DA type, L type, and Ceramic shaft sleeve for Antico, Rajedia and resicast pumps, we can produce as per user design for agitator seal and any special application. Our ceramics for chemical application have been well accepted by mechanical seal manufacturer,they have passed the test in high concentrate acids and rough terrain application such as in slurry pumps etc, also these ceramics are also used in food grade application such as in dairy industries. Ceramic stationary are lapped and polished to one light band accuracy. Accuracy is maintained by grinding on OD,ID and surface to obtain 0.02 tolerance.

Ceramic Liners

Ceramic Liners in various sizes like 20 mm, 40 mm to 200 mm and thickness from 2 mm to 50 mm are developed for lining the parts wherever the wear resistance application required. Our ceramic liners are used in cement plant, Mining Industry, Ball mills, Paint industry, Thermal power units for handling fly ash discharge etc, and used for any abrasive and high temperature application.

Ceramic Coating

We undertake Ceramic Coating Job work on any base metal like SS, MS, Aluminum etc, Plasma coating of Alumina Ceramic, Titanium, Chrome Oxide and Tungsten carbide are done and grinding and polishing also done on job. Ceramic coating on guide pulley for use in wire and cable industry, Ceramic coating on wire guide, dropper pin and take up rollers and hot pins in textile industry are done successfully. Coating on rollers and cutters in paper industry jobs also undertaken.

Ceramic Water Pump Seal Face

We have developed Ceramic Seal Rings for water pumps, seal rings are supplied in pink and white color. Water pump seal rings are available in alumina and steatile material, We have developed wide range of ceramic seal face suitable for various make of water pumps and water pump seals. We have managed to maintain ex stock delivery schedule to our regular customer, seal rings are of best quality and are groud on ID and OD to obtain required tolerance.

Ceramic Threads Guides

We have complete range of ceramic thread guides for use in various sections of textile industry. High Alumina thread guides are well accepted in texturising and POY plants, we also have guides for fine denier application in texturising and rayon industries, and for heavy denier application like tire cord division and industrial yarn divisions. We have also guides suitable for cotton spinning and woolen industry. Due to ever increasing speed in synthetic spinning mills, cotton spinning mills, the conventional thread guides are failed due to frequent breakage of yarn resulting in knots and broken filaments. Our guides are suitable for present requirement of the industry.

Ceramic Wire Drawing Cones

We have developed wide range of ceramic pulley’s for wire drawing and cable industry, they are suitable for copper,steel, aluminium, tungaston wire drawing application. Pulleys are in solid ceramic type and pulley is caged in aluminium or steel or nylon casing depending on the size and weight of material. Pulley’s are in solid ceramic ring type in V groove shape and U groove shape, and also in ceramic coated type. Multi groove pulleys and step cone pulley like 4 step, 8 step, 9 step, 16 step pulley are available as per clients need.

Ceramic Wire Guide

We have complete range of Ceramic Wire Guides for Wire and Cable industry, guides for bunching machine, wire drawing machine, twisting machines. Various sizes of Rods, Tubes, eyelets, cut eyelet,slit eyelet,tapered eyelet are available. Eyelet with small hole like 0.22,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7 mm for use of Air wiper available in High Alumina 99.7% Al2O3, Also available various sizes of guide pulley’s in ceramic coated and solid ceramic type with aluminum casing, MS casing and Nylon casing as per the requirement of the user. Capstan pulley of various sizes with ceramic coating and with solid ceramic rings are developed. Also developed the Step cone pulley like 4 step, 9 step, 16 step with metal body and ceramic rings fitted on outer dia.

Ceramic Igniters

We have developed Electrodes and Igniters for Industrial application and high tension spark plugs. We can also produce as per the specific requirement of the clients. Industrial spark plugs as per specific requirement are developed.

Silicon Carbide

We are regularly importing the Silicon carbide (SIC) products to jointly sell with our ceramic products, SIC products like SIC seal rings, SIC washer, SIC bushes, SIC Nozzle are available with us, also we can get as per the clients requirement.

Tungsten Carbide

Consistence pursuance of clients who use our ceramics compelled us to import tungsten carbide products like TC seal rings , TC extrusion dies, and other TC products for use of wear resistance. We have maintained the stock of various sizes of TC products for regular requirement of our clients.

Zirconia Ceramics

We have developed wide range of zirconium products like wire drawing capstone pulley, extrusion dies, eyelets, rings etc . we have imported fine grade zirconium powder to manufacture the various zirconium components.
